The creators of Sequenza (the “Application”), also known as Crossed Lines SC (“Us” or “We”), commit to respect following confidentiality rules regarding personal data of any user (“You” or “the End-User”) who accesses the Application:

1. Private data collection

We do not collect or share any personal information about You as part of the use of the Application.

However, the Application may host plugins (Audio Units) whose the creators could have a different privacy policy. We don't have any access to data such a plugin could collect. About these data, please refer to the privacy policy of the plugin publisher.

2. Technical data collection related to crashes

Since its version 1.3.3, the Application collects anonymous information about crashes that You could experienced while using it.

This information does not personally identify the application's End-Users. Each report is associated with a randomly produced anonymous ID, the OS version, the App version, the date of the incident, and some technical info about the state of the application when the crash occurred. No data entered into the Application by the End-User, whether textual or musical, is used by this procedure.

The goal of this procedure is to provide a better experience to our users by improving the stability of the application: it does not imply any commercial intent.

3. Future changes to our privacy policy

If any changes to our privacy policy would be made, it would necessarily be for a future release of the Application, they will be notified and published on the sequenzasoftware.com website.
